For many years, my mom has been collecting me a set of the Southern Living Annual Recipe books. A couple of years ago, I started keeping them with me. Besides family recipes with sentimental value, this is definitely my favorite thing to make. IT TASTES SO YUMMY. I’ve been wanting to make it for several weeks now and I finally gathered all the ingredients and made the time.
When Brandon got home from work, we began chopping, melting and baking this delicious dish. Having a brand new Le Creuset dish to create it in was so much fun, too. We’ve really enjoyed getting to unbox and begin using our dishes and other wedding presents. Last weekend, we took a trip to Bed Bath & Beyond to grab some things that we needed, and even an island cart for the kitchen, and it was so nice to have gift cards from loved ones to cover that purchase. They’ve been a blessing everywhere.
