This looks delicious! We have been trying to teach ourselves to like brussel sprouts and so I have been looking for some good recipes!

Claire–I’ve always kind of liked brussels sprouts but never eaten them much because I got really frustrated trying to cook them–the outside would always be soggy and the inside too crunchy to bite. This recipe is great though–the sprouts were so tender and the other flavors tame the “greenness” of their taste. It was super easy, too. Yall should definitely give it a try!

I cooked and ate brussel sprouts for the first time ever this past thanksgiving – made a mustard sauce recipe for them via smitten kitchen. same stove-top process though and they are so great! too bad they have such negative stereotypes
